Here are some questions I received about running and like to share wtih you:

Q - How to increase speed? / How to improve in running?

A - By improving, I would assume the person is referring to timing, you might find many versions of methods by googling it, just choose one, but bear in mind, reading those methods does not improve your performance, whichever method you choose, you have to physically head down to the running track and start training, and don't just build castles in the air.

Q - Is there any good training programmes to follow?

A - I do know a few good tv programmes though. Seriously, you do not expect to find answers from me right? Go ask the experts.

Q - Does a knee guard works?

A - No, it gives off bad smell and irritate your skin.

Q - Does the spray works for aching muscles and joints?

A - it works just for a while and wears off, but it makes you smell nicer than your own body odour.

Q - Does the tempo in music really keeps you going ?

My ears aren't shaped for sticking ear piece, it slips out when I get all sweaty, I suppose it serves more like a nuisance. But yes I believe the tempo helps, with a bit of drugs, it gets you going all the way to hospital.

Q - How much to eat before the big day?

A - If it is free, eat all you can.

Q - What kind of running outfit is the best?

A - For guys, any outfits can do. For girls, if you got the humps and bumps, you can go for the tight fit, you will find yourself running faster than the male counterparts for no reason.

Q - What is the correct posture for running?

A - Oh comon, observe and take a good look at those running atheletes, you people are really getting lazy and hope for all the answers in the internet.

Q - Can running help me lose weight?

A - Can but it comes with a heavy price, if you stop running, you will baloon doubling your original weight.

Alrite, I confess, the questions are pretty lame. no one asks those questions, I made it up myself, For things that I just need to say it in a sentence, I can't possibly publish it, so I thought of making up a series of questions and to share with all. Well i suppose all the questions can be found all over the internet, and if not, you can also post in forums or yahoo questions, and someone out there are more than willing to answer, but it does not always apply to all, so you just have to judge for yourself, especially sports which are more prone to injury.
